• Application: Paper package

By coating on paper, it is endowed with various functions: 

Water resistance, oil resistance, heat sealing, and moisture resistance, leak proof and recyclable. 

• Take replace of PE/PLA film, fluorinated greaseproof paper and waxed paper, etc

• Has the function of heat sealing, which can satisfy heat sealing demand for food package, paper package.

Have an excellent water dispensing effect without using wax or fluoride compound.

Paper coated with OZORA coating is recyclable. Compared with solvent, water-based emulsion which disperses functional polymers in water is more eco-friendly. 

Characteristics and test

Test condition：

• Coating equipment: Rod coating (single side); dry condition: 80℃30 seconds

Coating weight: 6g/㎡ total dry

 • Test conditions for adhesion resistance

Load capacity 1kg/c㎡、40℃-90%RH-24h

Application

• Disposable cup: food paper cup, ice cream cups, Heat sealing lunch boxes; 

Disposable package: such as tableware package, toothbrush package, tissue package;

Oil resistance package: paper package such as hamburger paper or paper plate, deep-fried dough stick wrapping paper, etc, which are in contact with high-fat food. 

Pulp molding product package: such as food takeout, disposable lunch boxes, baked food package, beverage bottles and cosmetic boxes. 

Packaging paper bag with water proof and bending resistance: shopping bag, packaging bag or box, electronic product packaging box

Cold chain packaging box: they are used to protect the refrigerated packaging box, to prevent condensation water from sticking to the printing pattern and they are resistant to abrasion, applicable for milk box, beer box, etc.
