Suitable for medical dialysis paper’s heat seal

Suitable for the composite between Dupont paper/paper and paper, paper and film, paper and aluminum foil, etc. 

It is suitable for a wide range of substrates and it has appropriate peeling strength, high cost performance, no plug net or roll, good weather, water, alcohol resistance, etc. 

The finished product is peeled off clean, no paper fiber residue. 

Ethylene oxide/gamma ray can be used in a variety of sterilization methods

• Applicable substrates: PVC, paper, metal aluminum foil, PET, etc.

• The film is tough, excellent hardness

  Excellent adhesion on dialysis, film, etc. 

  Non-sticky, high glossy, bright by brushing with machines

Use method

•Coating method: webbing roller, gravure, polishing roller

  Suggested dried film weight: 4‐5g/sqm (gsm)

 • Dry temperature: 30-40 seconds at 80℃, the heat melt effect can be achieved after a few seconds of pressing at 90℃.
