Food grade antiseptic coating can satisfy the requirement and it won’t be threaten to health. 

• Water-based polyocefin coating imported from Japan,doesn’t contain surfactant. It has excellent processing performance, excellent high-temperature resistance, cooking resistance, water and chemical resistance and barrier property.

It is pure water-based product, does not contain any flammable organic solvent and doesn’t have the risk of fire or explosion.

Excellent adhesion with metal (especially for aluminum products), plastic, glass, paper. 

• When using OZORA food grade coating, we conducted more than 200 tests of alcohol wipes, to verify its durability and resistance to pollution.

The test result showed, after many times of wiping, the surface of the coating maintains good antiseptic and anti-pollution effect. It proved that OZORA food grade antiseptic coating has excellent durability and cleaning properties.

Physical properties and characteristics

• Coating method: brush, dip, shower, spray, roll coating

• Water resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, salt fog resistance. The coating doesn’t affect the own color of the containers which are in contact with food and it has strong permeability. 

• The three-dimensional sealing and anti-corrosion performance can be achieved stably and efficiently through penetration, coating, filling, sealing and surface film formation.
